Should an employee prove to be less than respectful and maintain good work ethic, they are removed from the Coastline Team.

As a young company, we are totally committed to providing high performance insulation as well as quality customer service through our dedicated staff of trained and experienced service technicians. We are always looking for dedicated individuals to join our staff as mechanical insulators.
All of our workers are EPA trained and maintain current CT Certifications; all field employees maintain a current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card. our employees are safe and reliable when on the job, letting us provide you highest quality in mechanical insulation.
We will train new employees on the job, if they can prove themselves to be effective they will be able to become members of the Coastline team.
It is important to remember that in the insulation business our employees are under constant review; So long as the employees maintain a professional attitude and show a willingness to learn and improve, they will remain a member of the Coastline team.
